am only willing to pay 40.00 because I have recieved negative grades

am only willing to pay 40.00 because I have recieved negative grades this past few weeks from homework markets professional help. I am dissapointed because I have been using homework markets help close to a year now. I do not have the finances to waste on teachers that are not willing to give me quality work. My grade stands at an F partially due to homework market teachers! I usually stick with teachers whom give me excellent work maybe I can regain my faith with someone new.
Sincerely, Otrava50
